With all the playing that has been going on in the house lately.... Sleep is el necessito! Papi makes for a great pillow!
But sometimes I prefer to lay on mommy and daddy's bed and use my own little pillow to rest...

These guys prefer it too sometimes... just a little quiet time like the old days...

Kitten update: The cats are all getting along very well for only the 5th day. The first day Momo decided that she was going to slap Ella anytime she came too close... that has subsided... for the most part. Also, Papi tends to be very greedy when it comes to being fed and to having attention... he is becoming quite the gentlemen in dealings regarding food, and he seems to enjoy having someone to watch... all day long... play and play and play... But that goes for Mo too! I'm overall very happy with how all three have been getting along. What needs improvement??? Momo's snarky attitude... and Papi's rough and tumble play... he just can't understand that she's a 2 pound kitten that doesn't like to be pinned down.

I have found Ella has made Momo and Papi much more fond of each other... Papi doesn't think Mo stinks quite as bad as she usually does... and Momo... well, she doesn't slap as much. They even enjoy playing with each other again...
Ella has brought these two little naughty nuggins together once again!

Why didn't I blog yesterday? My husband was not happy with me...Because I accidently fell in love with this little beauty... Ms. Ella!
She's already made herself at home... and made a friend for life...Papi!
Momo is in the background... you can see her eyes light up in the paper bag. She's less than convinced.
She's truly a pretty little girl with lots of love and life in her.

Hello... Mommy Joy here. So, in case you didn't already guess... Momo and Papi have an interesting relationship. There is a lot of love there because they are brother and sister... BUT, Papi likes to be Mr. Alpha kitty and Momo just doesn't like to be messed with sometimes. Momo, Papi, my husband and I share a 1 bedroom apartment. It's very nice but small for 4 of us, and hopefully shortly we will be moving into our new 2 bed apartment for a little more space for the babies.
This is how the day started out for the two...

Enjoying each others company...

And inevitably my beautiful little baby girl got a little tired. Her afternoon nap time starts around 1 and she was just starting to think about where she was going to park her cute little tush until... what is that I see? She sensed something lurking in the distance...
Could it be a vulture...
Or an elephant...
No, it was a lion!

There was a lot of bustling around... wrestling.... meowing... slapping... kicking... and then Mo ran for what she thought was her safe spot! The top of the fridge...
Momo has now learned that this is definitely not a safe spot... 6 feet off the ground is definitely not a safe spot with a crazy little tiger on the prowl!

He worked up an appetite from all of that trouble he got himself into... Dinner mommy?

Hola friends! It's Papi in the house... or on the blog I guess. So, I read Momo's blog.... boring. Here is my info... you will find that I am much cooler, faster, stronger, better, and superior to that little rat.

Pet Peeves... or I mean, things that bother you: Cats that aren't as smart as me, wise as me, handsome as me, and as entertaining as me... Oh, and I am a clean freak, that's why Mo has got to GO!

Favorite place to sleep: A laundry basket that has a fluffy sweatshirt of mommy's.

People or cats, which do you prefer: I love them both.

Favorite toy: I am a killer so I love the fluffy fake mice mommy buys for me...

What do you want people to know about you: If I was a man, I would have the muscles of Sly Stallone (Rocky II style), the brains of that guy from "A Beautiful Mind", and the charisma of George Clooney (post ER days).

Hello there world! Even though my mommy will be doing most of the blogging, I have decided to get in on the first day of action by giving you a little bio of beautiful ol' me! Mommy, me, and "the other one" are very excited to start telling you all about our lives. "The other one" or Papi which is what mommy and daddy call him, will tell you about himself tomorrow. Pet Peeves... or I mean, things that bother you: This fur is gorgeous right? Well "The other one" tries to mess it up, pull it out, clean it, nibble on it, and overall ruin it's perfection and I could just meooooow!

Favorite place to sleep: In my cubey mommy got unless Papi has stolen it from me!

Favorite toy: Mommy rolls up tootsie roll wrappers and throws them around for me to chase... now that is entertainment if I've ever experienced it! Pure bliss...

What do you want people to know about you: I am beautiful... even though Papi is constantly commenting about how I smell like a garbage can, and I like to eat fuzz, and my purrfect gray fur doesn't always lay down nicely, and my eyes are a little too orange, and I often walk around for fun with my left eye closed, and how when I run I gallop sideways, and how I have a pinhead, and that I have chicken legs, and how I've never quite gotten over 6 pounds, and that my tail is always in a curly cue, and my whiskers always look like a homeless kitties, and that my nose is always dry as a desert.
